This upgrade allowed us to advance EventPro’s functionality, which we still do today, and will continue to long into the future. The event industry is always evolving, so we continue to add new features to meet our clients’ growing needs.

What’s New in EventPro?

EventPro Cloud

Cloud delivery provides convenient, flexible access to EventPro from basically any internet-connected device, allowing you and your colleagues to collaborate seamlessly between the office, home, and elsewhere. Maintenance is easy - software updates, data storage, and security are all managed by the cloud service provider.

If you prefer to stay with a desktop/network installed application, the newest version of EventPro is still available On-Prem.

Communications
EventPro’s email system has been significantly enhanced to more closely resemble a full email client with the corresponding functionality.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
The expanded, robust CRM system, which is integrated with EventPro’s communications, events, and finance, helps you better manage your business connections.
Reporting
Like Legacy EventPro, the new EventPro comes with an expansive set of standard, hard-coded reports that you can customize, but the improved Report Designer is notably more sophisticated.
Sales Management
The re-designed Sales Management module (formerly “Enquiries”) provides a more advanced system for monitoring leads, tracking client acquisition, and seamlessly converting opportunities into events.
Task Management
Tasks are similar to “Actions” in Legacy EventPro, except the new Task Management module provides expanded functionality.
KPI Module
Part of the new Data Analysis Suite, along with Dashboards, KPIs allow you to track performance over time with rolling analysis of data, and monitor trends with easy-to-interpret sparklines.
DocuSign Integration Module
Streamline the approval process by accepting electronic signatures on contracts and other DocuSign-enabled documents sent directly from EventPro (using your DocuSign Account).
EventPro API (Application Programming Interface)
API allows for integration with other specialized systems like accounting packages, HR software, and electronic display boards, building a highly customized solution for your specific business needs.

EventPro Setup has been reorganized and grouped by program area in order to streamline data entry
Record Cloning
The new “Clone” command creates an exact copy of the current record, which is particularly useful when adding a series of similar records.
Multi-Tasking
EventPro allows you to have multiple tabs open at once, so in many instances you can move from area to area without closing windows.
Multiple Pathways
There are almost always multiple ways to perform any given action or initiate a certain process in the new EventPro, with commands usually accessible by several methods.
User Security
EventPro's enhanced user permissions are more sophisticated and granular. The multi-layered access rights protect sensitive data, while still ensuring that employees can work effectively as authorized.
