What’s New in EventPro?

EventPro Cloud

Cloud delivery provides convenient, flexible access to EventPro from basically any internet-connected device, allowing you and your colleagues to collaborate seamlessly between the office, home, and elsewhere. Maintenance is easy - software updates, data storage, and security are all managed by the cloud service provider.

If you prefer to stay with a desktop/network installed application, the newest version of EventPro is still available On-Prem.

Calendar Views

The new EventPro Calendar has many more options for displaying events and locations, with customizable calendar views and quick checkbox filtering.

Floor Plans

The new EventPro Floor Plan Designer allows you to create professional-looking, drag-and-drop floor plans for any room and event setup.

Budgets

EventPro’s enhanced finance tracking system allows for more detailed, sophisticated budgets, automatically updated in real time as you assign resources to events.

Dashboards

Dashboards display real-time data in collections of visual elements like charts, gauges, and more, allowing you to identify patterns, make comparisons, and track progress.

EPConnect Suite & Virtual Assistant Suite

EPConnect Suite and Virtual Assistant Suite have been significantly revamped with expanded functionality and new modules.

Communications

EventPro’s email system has been significantly enhanced to more closely resemble a full email client with the corresponding functionality.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

The expanded, robust CRM system, which is integrated with EventPro’s communications, events, and finance, helps you better manage your business connections.

Reporting

Like Legacy EventPro, the new EventPro comes with an expansive set of standard, hard-coded reports that you can customize, but the improved Report Designer is notably more sophisticated.

Sales Management

The re-designed Sales Management module (formerly “Enquiries”) provides a more advanced system for monitoring leads, tracking client acquisition, and seamlessly converting opportunities into events.

Task Management

Tasks are similar to “Actions” in Legacy EventPro, except the new Task Management module provides expanded functionality.

KPI Module

Part of the new Data Analysis Suite, along with Dashboards, KPIs allow you to track performance over time with rolling analysis of data, and monitor trends with easy-to-interpret sparklines.

DocuSign Integration Module

Streamline the approval process by accepting electronic signatures on contracts and other DocuSign-enabled documents sent directly from EventPro (using your DocuSign Account).

EventPro API (Application Programming Interface)

API allows for integration with other specialized systems like accounting packages, HR software, and electronic display boards, building a highly customized solution for your specific business needs.
