All events open for registration can be viewed online in both a calendar view and an event list view.
Click through from the event registration calendar and/or the event registration list to the online registration wizard, which guides attendees through the event registration process.
Attendees can register for your events online. Using the online registration wizard, attendees can enter their own contact details, select functions to attend, purchase resource items, upload documents, and more. Depending on how the event has been set up, this can include travel and accommodation pre-booked reservation selections, or just a simple area to list travel and accommodation preferences.
Allow online payments at the end of the online registration process.
As an alternative to Event Registration Payments at the end of the registration process, you can subsequently create and email out registration invoices with a login link so that the invoice can be paid online. This will create a payment record within EventPro that is automatically assigned to the invoice being paid.
Allows users to view your EventPro Software Location Booking Calendar online. The convenient graphical Calendar allows multiple definable views for the optimal picture of venue location use. Users can also Search for event bookings and Find available space using the fast and precise search options with multiple criteria.
This module adds the ability to create and edit bookings. New events are easy to book online with the step-by-step New Booking Wizard, where you can choose locations, and add resources like A/V, catering, equipment and more. You can even define the entry fields you want included in the New Booking Wizard.
Allows users to add online Enquiries, which are automatically pulled into the Sales Management Opportunities area of your EventPro Software for easy processing. You have the option to open online Enquiries to anonymous users so that anyone on your website can send an enquiry to you. The contact data will then appear in the Sales Management Lead area of EventPro. *Requires EventPro Software’s Sales Management Module

Allows you to create a special Supplier area in EP Connect Suite, where your Suppliers can log in to see a list of events for which they are supplying resources, as well as the specific items they are supplying for each event. Suppliers can choose the date range of their supply lists and print them from the internet browser. You don’t need to worry about unauthorized access to other event data, as the built-in user rights for the module only allows the Suppliers to see their event resources.
With your customized online self-serve portal, exhibitors can conveniently register for events, select booths, order equipment, enter contact information, upload documents, list exhibitor attendees, and more. The information is automatically downloaded into EventPro, saving you from time-consuming data entry.
Setup and configuration of EPConnect Suite is extremely easy with our user-friendly configuration. No HTML skills are required (although if you have them, there's always the option of advanced theme modifications).
